Responsibilities

• Develop customer relations in the produce department through leadership by example.
• Supervise all aspects of salad bar operations and department activities.
• Direct receiving, storing, pricing, and merchandising of produce products.
• Plan schedules for full-time and part-time staff for efficiency.
• Maintain clean, neat appearance and proper uniforming of staff.
• Maintain records, reports and effective department communication.
