Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains store layout and product merchandising
• Works with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets
• Assists in sales, reports, and labor analysis
• Demonstrates product knowledge and stays informed on new products
• Maintains vendor relationships and manages paperwork for vendor processing
• Trains and mentors Team Members; conducts performance evaluations
• Acts as point of contact in Team Leader's absence
• Ensures high standards of retail execution and customer service
• Supports health, safety, and regulatory compliance
