Walmart Inc. is seeking a Produce Department Lead at Sam’s Club in White Bear Lake, MN. You will supervise a team of hourly associates, drive department sales, ensure product quality, and maintain a safe, efficient working environment that delivers value and a great member experience.

Responsibilities include leading the produce team, implementing company programs, and collaborating with other leaders to meet the club’s goals while complying with policies and standards.

Competenze

• 6 months experience working in a fresh production department
• 6 months experience supervising a team
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Mansioni

• Lead the Produce and Floral team to meet the business plan and contribute to the club's success.
• Communicate department goals, execute company programs, and uphold policies for members, associates, and the company.
• Maintain knowledge of produce operations, quality, inventory, sanitation, equipment usage, safety, and compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to teammates; help with scheduling and staffing as needed.
• Utilize handheld tools and digital resources to plan, monitor performance, and adjust operations quickly.
