Job summary

Harps Food Stores, Inc. is seeking a Produce Clerk to support department operations, inventory, pricing, and display maintenance. You will help ensure freshness, safety, and accuracy while delivering friendly service to customers.

You will assist with replenishment, back stock, and sales floor standards, while following store procedures and SMILE guidelines to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Support produce department operations including readiness, staffing, pricing, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, cleanliness, and safety.
• Support replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing and back stock.
• Assist merchandising and stock displays, with sampling and maintaining sales floor standards.
• Assist with fresh food preparation and maintaining food safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and follow Harps SMILE Program guidelines.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, professionalism, and teamwork in daily duties.
