Job summary

Harps Food Stores, Inc. is seeking a Produce Clerk to help maintain department readiness, freshness, signage, and clean displays while delivering friendly service to every shopper.

You will assist with replenishment, inventory, and safe handling of fresh produce, collaborating with teammates to meet department goals and uphold Harps’ SMILE-focused customer service standards. Responsibilities include merchandising, price maintenance, and adherence to department procedures, policies, and safety

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks timely.
• Move and handle merchandise up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Produce department operations: readiness, staffing, price maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Replenishment and inventory: ordering, receiving, back stock, and returns.
• Merchandising and sales floor standards: displays, signing, and signing.
• Fresh food preparation and production while following safety standards.
• Problem solving with critical thinking to address issues.
• Maintain safety and quality orientation in daily tasks.
