You will work with the Department Manager to keep the department running smoothly, ensure product freshness, manage the sales floor, and train employees while stepping in to lead when needed.

You will apply your knowledge of produce, commitment to quality, and passion for customer service to shape the daily customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Food safety training encouraged.
• Over one year of similar or related experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and sharing produce knowledge.
• Ensure department standards: product freshness, rotation, replenishment, and proper refrigeration.
