The Kroger Co. is seeking a Produce Department Leader responsible for maximizing sales and profits while upholding our core values. You will oversee staff, merchandising, pricing, and salad bar operations in a fast‑paced store environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, performance coaching, and ensuring safety and compliance with company policies. Suitable for experienced store associates seeking growth.

Responsabilidades

• Develop customer relations and model friendly, professional behavior.
• Direct receiving, stocking, pricing and merchandising of produce.
• Supervise salad bar operations and staff scheduling.
• Plan and control department activities; may assist store manager in absence.
• Plan schedules for full- and part-time employees.
• Maintain staff appearance and uniforms.
• Coordinate with store manager on operations in absence.
• Direct receiving, storing, pricing, and merchandising of produce.
• Handle customer complaints promptly.
• Maintain records and reports.
