Qualifikationen

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months experience working in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Be a Team Leader: Supervises the team in Produce and Floral area to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the overall success of the club.
• Be an Expert: Maintains an indepth knowledge of business on the floor and backroom operations, ensuring the produce area meets company standards for quality inventory, production, sanitation, equipment usage, safety and compliance.
• Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement. Uses handheld technology for quick business decisions.
• Be an Owner: Drives the business results, maintains staffing levels, ensures profitability, and presents merchandise per layout plan with a focus on member service.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Teaches and trains the team, identifies potential, develops skills, and promotes career growth.
• Develops and implements processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers and customers, monitoring progress and results, and addressing improvements.
• Demonstrates and supports compliance with company policies and ethics by guiding application in processes and aiding management with issues.
• Leads and participates in teams, coordinating work assignments and ensuring timelines and quality.
