Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year produce experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, greet, and engage guests.
• Assist with interviewing, training, and scheduling of department staff.
• Maintain positive department atmosphere and morale.
• Lead time management and delegation to achieve goals.
• Ensure quality product availability and safe store operations.
• Support inventory processes and asset protection.
• Collaborate with Department Manager for production and promotions.
