Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Produce Department Lead to support the Produce, Chop Shoppe and Juicery areas. You will ensure the areas are fully stocked with fresh product and appealing to guests, preparing fresh-cut produce and juices, and rotating stock to maintain quality.

You will track shrink, manage production logs, assist with scheduling and ordering, and uphold food safety standards across shifts while actively engaging guests with samples and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to maintain freshness and quality standards.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and build appealing displays for Produce, Chop Shoppe and Juicery.
• Prepare fresh-cut fruits, vegetables and freshly made juices.
• Cull (rotate/remove) product to maintain quality and reduce waste.
• Track shrink, verify production logs, and assist with scheduling and ordering.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and guests are engaged with samples and suggestions.
