Job summary

Coborn’s is seeking a Produce Department Lead to ensure exceptional standards across Produce, Chop Shoppe, and Juicery. You’ll stock shelves, build displays, and prepare fresh-cut fruits, vegetables, and juices while rotating lower-quality items to maintain freshness.

You will track shrink, verify logs, manage orders, and support food safety and guest service with a friendly, engaging approach. Benefits for full-time and part-time staff are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or grocery environments preferred.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation regulations and best practices.
• Ability to rotate and rotate produce and manage freshness.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and build displays for Produce, Chop Shoppe, and Juicery areas.
• Prepare fresh-cut fruits, vegetables, and freshly made juices for guests.
• Cull and rotate product to maintain high quality and freshness.
• Track shrink, verify production logs, and assist with scheduling and ordering.
