The role requires coordinating daily tasks, maintaining stock levels, and upholding food safety practices in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in produce, grocery, retail, or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of stock management and product rotation.
• Ability to identify quality issues and maintain freshness standards.
• Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Support daily operations of the produce department to ensure product availability, quality, and presentation.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through proper stock control and product rotation.
• Ensure all produce is handled, stored, and displayed in accordance with company and food safety standards.
• Monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring timely removal or disposition of unsellable items.
• Supervise and support department staff to ensure adherence to company procedures and operational standards.
• Assist with merchandising, signage, and product displays to maintain an organized and appealing department.
• Support receiving processes by verifying incoming product for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
