• Lead the Produce and Floral team to deliver the business plan and support the club's success.
• Communicate department goals and execute company programs while serving members and associates.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure the club meets member expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of produce operations, inventory, sanitation, safety and compliance.
• Leverage digital tools to plan for sales, training and product quality improvements.
