Responsibilities

• Coordinate training, manage schedules, and provide leadership to team members.
• Monitor product freshness, remove spoilage, and maintain cleanliness.
• Review sales and labor metrics; implement strategies to meet department goals.
• Create attractive produce displays and execute product placement strategies.
• Step into staff roles as needed, including opening, closing, and covering shifts.
