Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of customer service champions and coach, train, develop, and influence the team to meet department and store goals.
• Provide remarkable customer service to guests in-store and for special orders or inquiries.
• Create engaging merchandising displays to boost product sales and achieve gross profit targets.
• Evaluate product quality and freshness to ensure only top-quality stock is offered.
• Order product and maintain proper inventory levels; assist with duties including prep, stocking, cooler organization, and waste removal.
