Job summary

Sam's Club Produce Department Lead at Walmart is a frontline leadership role supervising the Produce and Floral team, driving department sales, and delivering strong member service. You will model expertise and work with other team leaders to meet club goals.

You will manage staffing, training, safety and compliance, and use digital tools to plan and improve the shopping experience. This full‑time role offers $22.00–$30.00 per hour and benefits such as health coverage, 401(k), PTO, and education

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to work shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead Produce and Floral team to meet the club's business plan and maintain quality standards.
• Communicate department goals and policies to staff and members.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of produce operations, inventory, and safety protocols.
• Leverage digital tools to plan, drive sales, and improve the shopping experience.
• Ensure staffing, training, and adherence to safety and compliance requirements.
