Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience working in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in Produce and Floral to deliver on the business plan.
• Communicate department goals and adhere to policies.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to meet member expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of floor and backroom operations, quality, inventory, safety, and compliance.
• Leverage handheld technology to plan for sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Ensure staffing, merchandising layout, and adherence to company standards.
