Job summary

• Create a welcoming environment and assist customers with questions about products
• Inform customers of produce specials and offer samples
• Review products for quality and freshness and take action as needed
• Develop and implement a department business plan to achieve results
• Plan and execute promotions with store management
• Prepare seasonal critiques and assist in budget-related tasks
• Ensure proper temperatures in cases and maintain temperature logs
• Maintain safety programs and report safety risks
• Adhere to laws and company guidelines
