Responsibilities

• Monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the Produce department.
• Review/inspect products for quality and freshness and take appropriate action.
• Plan and organize the inventory process and train department associates on inventory/CAO.
• Ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers are maintained with temperature logs.
• Adhere to local, state and federal laws and company guidelines.
