• Create and execute a department business plan to achieve results.
• Plan and implement sales promotions with store management.
• Educate associates about promotions affecting the department.
• Prepare seasonal critiques for the sales and merchandising supervisor.
• Assist in budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting for the department.
• Coordinate price changes and shelf tagging.
• Plan and organize inventory and CAO procedures.
• Ensure proper temperature control and logs are maintained.
• Enforce safety programs and report hazards or incidents.
• Report safety risks or illegal activity.
