You will manage scheduling, inventory, pricing integrity, and adherence to company guidelines in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Responsibilities include enforcing food safety standards, promoting department growth, and maintaining high guest satisfaction. Prior experience in produce or retail management is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Effective communication skills required.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Current food handlers permit required after employment begins.
• Desired: Management experience preferred.
• Produce department experience preferred.

• Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws, safety, food safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Communicate department information to associates.
• Set department performance goals and empower team to meet targets.
• Schedule to manage customer volume.
• Train and develop associates on inventory, stocking, and other duties.
• Serve customers by answering questions and recommending products.
• Assist in merchandising and promotional plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and price integrity.
• Maintain temperatures in cases and coolers and logs.
• Ensure safety programs and report risks and incidents.
• Perform essential functions with/without accommodation.
