El Super in Las Vegas is seeking a friendly Utilities Clerk to support the Produce Department, assist customers on the floor, bag groceries, and help maintain cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, community engagement, and a passion for food, with a starting wage of $14.00 per hour. Lifting requirements and physical tasks are part of the daily duties at this location.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the proper maintenance of the store, particularly in the Produce Department and assist customers on the store floor as needed.
• Bag groceries for customers when needed; carry out groceries on request.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety. Retrieve and manage store carts, run price checks, assist with go‑backs, support check stand upkeep, and remove waste from the parking area.
