El Super in Las Vegas is hiring a Utilities Clerk (#52 Las Vegas-Sahara ages 16-17). This role helps maintain the store, especially in Produce, assists customers on the floor, bags groceries, and ensures cleanliness and safety.

Duties include retrieving carts, running price checks, supporting go-backs, maintaining the check stand, and removing waste from the parking area. Physical tasks include lifting up to 60 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information to customers, clients, and employees.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed instructions.
• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, occasionally up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers in all areas of the store.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Retrieve and maintain store carts, run price checks, and assist with go-backs.
• Carry groceries for customers when requested.
• Remove waste from parking area.
