Position Objective: To assist customers in their shopping experience by providing them with fresh, high-quality produce in a friendly and courteous manner.
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Produce Manager.

Status: Non-exempt position.

Knowledge

Essential: Food handling permit within first 14 days; ongoing training per Cosentino Learning Plan.
Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Preparing, packaging, and displaying produce neatly
• Inspecting produce for freshness and damage, using proper rotation
• Operating and maintaining equipment safely
• Meeting productivity standards
