Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: greet and assist customers courteously.
• Merchandising: stock, trim, rotate, and replenish produce items to ensure freshness and quality.
• Operations: load, transport, and organize produce merchandise from coolers, storage, wet rack, and sales floor.
• Product Handling: handle produce items carefully to prevent waste and damage; report poor quality immediately.
• Compliance & Safety: follow company and health regulations; promote Vallarta’s Safety Program and report unsafe acts or conditions.
• Sanitation: clean produce displays, equipment, and supplies; sweep and mop floors.
• Teamwork: assist coworkers, support merchandising plans approved by management, and communicate with supervisors.
• Other Duties: perform additional tasks as assigned to support department goals.
