Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is looking for a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will help customers find products, answer questions, and stock shelves across departments to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.

You will rotate stock, maintain displays, update pricing, and handle backroom organization. The role requires accurate pricing, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years or older depending on role)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards
