Job summary

You will help maintain a safe, clean environment and support departments in achieving sales goals while upholding our Customer 1st strategy and core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. You will interact with customers to answer questions, suggest products, and ensure items are prepared, labeled, and stocked with attention to quality and freshness.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Current food handlers permit once employed

Responsibilities

• Promote Corporate Brands to customers.
• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome and appreciated.
• Gain knowledge of products and respond to questions with recommendations.
• Inform customers of produce specials and stock merchandise.
• Review/inspect products for quality and freshness; take action as needed.
• Label, stock and inventory department goods.
• Report safety risks or issues to store management.
• Ensure temperatures in cases and coolers are maintained.
