Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist department manager in achieving sales and profit goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service and respond to product questions.
• Promote corporate brands and maintain product knowledge.
• Prepare, label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Inspect products for quality and freshness and take appropriate action.
• Maintain temperature logs and ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers.
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
• Display a positive attitude and stay current with ads.
• Support and assist customers including minors or seniors as needed.
