Kroger is hiring at our Oxford, Ohio location to create an outstanding customer experience and maintain a safe, clean store environment. You will support the department manager in achieving sales goals and follow our Customer 1st strategy to deliver excellent service.

You will greet customers, answer questions about products, promote brands, and help ensure quality and freshness of merchandise while maintaining proper temperatures and safety procedures.

Formación

• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Current food handlers permit once employed.

Responsabilidades

• Acknowledge, assist and appreciate customers to deliver outstanding service.
• Promote Kroger corporate brands to customers.
• Create a welcoming environment and respond to questions about products in the department and store.
• Maintain knowledge of products in the department and suggest items to customers.
• Assist with produce platters/trays and inform customers of specials.
• Ensure proper labeling, stocking and inventory of department merchandise.
• Review quality and freshness of products and take appropriate action.
