Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful guest service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Stock, rotate, and face produce to maintain freshness and appeal.
• Build and maintain attractive displays to promote sales.
• Inspect products for freshness and remove damaged items.
• Assist guests with product selection and questions on varieties and ripeness.
• Cut, prepare, and package fresh produce following safety standards.
• Develop knowledge of produce items, seasonality, pricing, and location.
• Ensure accurate signage, labeling, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low or damaged items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Operate scales, scanners, and related equipment accurately.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to support operations.
• Collaborate across departments to support storewide goals.
• Adhere to attendance, conduct, and dress code standards.
• Support loss prevention by staying alert and following procedures.
• Participate in required trainings and continuous learning opportunities.
