Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, retail, food service, or produce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Stock, rotate, and face produce to maintain freshness and appealing presentation.
• Build and maintain attractive displays highlighting product quality and promoting sales.
• Inspect products for freshness and remove damaged items to uphold quality standards.
• Assist guests with product selection and answer questions about varieties and ripeness.
• Cut, prepare, and package fresh produce following food safety standards.
• Develop knowledge of produce items, including seasonality, pricing, and location.
• Ensure accurate signage, labeling, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low or damaged items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
• Operate scales, scanners, and related equipment accurately.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to support operations.
• Collaborate across departments to support storewide efficiency.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and dress code.
• Support loss prevention efforts by staying alert and following proper procedures.
• Participate in required trainings and continuous learning opportunities.
• Remain productive during slower periods by culling, trimming, cleaning, or restocking.
• Other job duties as assigned.
