Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful, and respectful guest service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Stock, rotate, and face produce to maintain freshness and attractive presentation.
• Build and maintain full, attractive displays highlighting product quality and promoting sales.
• Inspect products for freshness and remove damaged or spoiled items to uphold quality standards.
• Assist guests with product selection, answering questions about varieties, ripeness, and handling.
• Cut, prepare, and package fresh produce items following food safety and merchandising standards.
• Develop knowledge of produce items, including seasonality, pricing, and location.
• Ensure accurate signage, labeling, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low or damaged items to reduce shrink.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment including prep areas and sales floor.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
• Operate scales, scanners, and related equipment accurately.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to support store operations.

Key Responsibilities & Job Duties
