Providing excellent guest service is central to our mission. Whether greeting guests, answering questions, or addressing concerns, you will handle each interaction professionally and courteously. Your assistance helps ensure a positive shopping experience and encourages repeat visits.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

• Engage with Guests: Provide outstanding customer service in person and via phone by helping guests find items, taking orders and special requests, and resolving concerns.
• Maintain Stock Levels: Ensure all items are well-stocked and displayed according to company standards. Rotate products using the first-in, first-out method to maintain freshness.
• Ensure Cleanliness & Food Safety: Keep the sales floor and cooler clean and organized. Log temperatures of produce items regularly and complete rotation sheets and shrink recording daily.
• Maintain Supplies & Produce Cooler: Keep produce supplies stocked, rotate items in the cooler, and order specific products like dips, spices, and herbs as needed.
• Teamwork: Support team members and perform other duties as needed.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide notice for absences to facilitate scheduling.

What We're Looking For:

• Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with guests and provide outstanding service.
• Communication: Good oral and written communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety policies and ability to recognize hazards, using equipment safely.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Must be able to perform essential duties, including:

• Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Full upper body motion.
• Work at a fast pace.
• Potential exposure to extreme temperatures.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time, up to 28 hours per week.
• Shifts vary, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
