• Provide efficient, courteous, and friendly customer service at all times in support of the company.
• Rotate merchandise regularly to ensure freshness and product quality.
• Maintain attractive, organized, and fully stocked displays throughout the department.
• Assist with unloading delivery trucks and breaking down produce shipments.
• Follow all company food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep workstations, prep areas, coolers, and surrounding areas neat and clean.
• Properly dispose of trash, boxes, and spoiled product.
• Maintain a clean, refrigerated environment and safety-conscious work habits.
• Maintain the produce department according to company standards.
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments and lift/move produce and boxes as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
