Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Produce teammate to order, replenish, and merchandize produce while supporting regional purchasing and promotions. You will monitor inventory, assist in promotions, maintain safety standards, and provide courteous, friendly service to customers and Team Members.

Responsibilities include following procedures, supporting leadership in inventories, reducing spoilage, and maximizing sales through proper stocking, pricing accuracy, and effective display execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Knowledge of produce products, trends, and nutritional information.
• Strong customer service and teamwork orientation.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Purchases and replenishes produce through proper buying procedures.
• Monitors open PO reports for purchases and credits in a timely manner.
• Controls spoilage and shrink; participates in inventory.
• Preps, stores, rotates, stocks, and merchandises products effectively.
• Provides excellent customer service and supports team members.
• Ensures accurate pricing, signage, and safety compliance.
• Supports leadership in inventories and achieving sales targets.
