Responsibilities

• Purchases and replenishes produce per ordering procedures.
• Monitors open PO reports for purchases and credits.
• Controls spoilage and shrink; participates in inventory and turn goals.
• Supports merchandising and promotional displays; maintains Weights & Measures and sanitation standards.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
• Maintains signs and pricing accuracy; reports safety hazards promptly.
