Harvest happiness with the freshest job in town! The Monadnock Food Co-op is looking for a Produce Associate to help us showcase the vibrant bounty from our local farms. If you have a passion for fresh, seasonal food and enjoy creating eye-catching displays, you'll feel right at home with our team. We are looking for someone who loves to talk about great food and connect with our community. Join us in celebrating the hard work of our local growers and bring a splash of color to our cooperative every day!

Stock the Produce department, which includes presentation of product, facing and filling. Proper stocking and rotation of merchandise to ensure fresh vibrant displays. Maintain proper inventory control to maximize product freshness and availability. Care for plants, seedlings and florals. Superior customer service is a must.

The purpose of this position is to give exceptional customer service to shoppers by providing a well-stocked, attractive department. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
