Sam's West, Inc. is seeking a front-line Produce Team Member at the Santa Fe, NM Sam's Club location. You will help maintain freshness, cleanliness, and availability of produce while delivering friendly customer service to members.

Responsibilities include ensuring stock, assisting customers, and supporting the team to meet quality and safety standards. The role emphasizes adaptability, teamwork, and a positive store experience for members.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsabilidades

• Be a Team Member: maintain up-to-date product knowledge, assist across cross-functional areas, educate associates, and adapt to business needs.
• Be an Expert: understand quality processes for produce, prepare and package items to standards, ensure product safety and sanitation compliance.
• Be a Techie: use handheld tools to drive sales, assist training and product quality decisions, adapt to new tools.
• Be an Owner: drive department performance, manage inventory, rotate stock, reduce waste, and respond to customer needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: promote high-quality service and products, model energy and commitment, embody the Sam's Club experience.
• Complies with company policies and ethics by following Open Door Policy and executing business processes.
