Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintain knowledge of products and assist cross-functional teams to educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively and adapt to business needs; track goods and maintain in-stock levels.
• Be an Expert: understand quality processes for produce; prepare and package products to standards; maintain product safety and sanitation.
• Be a Techie: use handheld devices to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and support training and product quality.
• Be an Owner: drive area performance; stock and rotate products; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; assist customers per company policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: advocate for the department and club; deliver high-quality service and products; show energy and commitment.
• Complies with company policies and ethics via action plans and Open Door Policy; follow business processes.
• Completes work by coordinating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; meet deadlines and adapt to change.
