Job summary

Sam’s Club is seeking a front-end produce team member to safeguard quality, availability and freshness of produce for members while delivering friendly, helpful service. You’ll stock, rotate inventory, and help educate teammates, adapting to changing store needs and using digital tools to improve the shopping experience.

Ideal candidates are passionate about produce, excel in customer service, and commit to producing quality products at low cost.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Complete all job required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintain product knowledge, educate colleagues, assist customers, and adapt to business needs.
• Be an Expert: ensure quality of produce, prepare and package as needed, and follow sanitation guidelines.
• Be a Techie: use handheld devices to support production, training and quality decisions with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner: manage inventory, rotate stock, and respond to customer needs per company policies.
