Job summary

The GIANT Company in Pottstown, PA is hiring for a store position focused on inventory, stocking, and display maintenance. You will check inventory daily, remove out-of-date items, load pallets into the cooler, stock shelves, and keep displays neat.

This role requires reliability, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and compliance with safety, PPE, and company policies. The team works to serve neighbors across PA, MD, VA, WV, and NJ and supports an inclusive, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, write, communicate, and understand in order to complete job duties and comply with safety regulations.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, and physical base scores for this position.
• Must be able to use equipment and tools required for this job.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet company performance standards, including regular attendance.
• Must wear proper assigned clothes and shoes for this job.
• Must have and maintain valid licenses, certificates, or permits required for the position

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare with required PPE and supplies.
• Follow directions and expectations of department leadership.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors and counters.
