Job summary

The GIANT Company in Warrington, PA is seeking a store team member to support daily inventory, stocking, and display maintenance in our food retail environment.

You will load pallets, replace outdated items, stock shelves, and ensure displays stay organized while following safety and quality standards. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a customer-focused approach. Shift hours vary, including 4-hour shifts or longer, with an emphasis on safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, write, communicate, and understand to complete job duties
• Must complete the company introductory period of 60 days
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements and base scores for this position
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job
• Must perform all job functions safely
• Must meet company performance standards including regular attendance
• Must wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes
• Must have and maintain valid specialty licenses, certificates, or permits required for the position
• Team members are responsible for understanding company policy and procedures as promulgated in the policy and procedure manual and the team member handbook.

Responsibilities

• Promptly, at the start of the shift, the team member will review the work schedule, check the equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled, comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, comply with all food safety requirements, and otherwise prepare for duties.
• Follow directions and expectations of the department leadership
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, all tools and equipment, all display cases, all floors, and all counters.
