Job summary

The GIANT Company in Lititz, PA is seeking a store team member to check inventory daily, remove out-of-date items, load pallets into coolers, stock and maintain displays, and ensure product availability for customers.

You will follow directions from department leadership, wear the proper PPE, and meet safety and attendance standards while helping create a welcoming shopping experience for our neighbors.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Must complete the 60-day introductory (probationary) period
• Must meet ergonomic/physical requirements and safety/ PPE policies
• Must maintain company performance standards including regular attendance

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at start of shift and prepare equipment/supplies
• Follow directions from department leadership
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters
