Base pay range
$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Be a Team Member: maintain up-to-date knowledge of products; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; be flexible to business needs; track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
- Be an Expert: understand quality processes for produce; trim, crisp, package, and scale products to standards; maintain product safety and sanitation; follow laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality.
- Be a Techie: leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology for decisions related to production, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage adoption.
- Be an Owner: drive department performance; stock and rotate products using perpetual inventory; ensure quality and date controls; reduce waste; assist customers per company policies.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: advocate for the department; model high-quality service and products; demonstrate energy and commitment.
- Complies with policies and ethics; uses Open Door Policy in business processes.
- Completes work with priorities using policies, data, and resources; communicate progress; identify improvements and adapt to change.
What you'll do
- Provide exceptional customer service: greet, assist, and thank members; answer questions as needed; maintain a clean, member-ready area.
- Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner; maintain inventory to prevent out-of-stock or over-stock situations.
- Collaborate with managers and co-workers to meet priorities and timelines; track tasks and adapt to feedback.
