This job involves manufacturing products and components according to specifications, drawings, BOMs, work orders, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up and change-over operations of equipment, including die and coil changes.
• Ensure product quality by following procedures, SOPs, maintaining proper settings, and adhering to quality standards.
• Inspect and measure work pieces to verify specifications and quality.
• Adjust machinery to meet product standards.
• Troubleshoot machinery and product issues.
• Use hand and power tools, cranes, and material handling devices.
• Fabricate and assemble door sections and components.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and understand instructions in English.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and conversions.
• Effective use of measuring tools.

Education

• Preferred High School Diploma or GED.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Frequent bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Regularly lift up to 35 pounds.
