Job summary

Calance US in Nashville, TN is seeking a Procurement or Contracts Specialist on a 12-month contract. Hybrid role requiring on-site 2 days per week; the pay rate is $58.00/hour (W2) or $64.00/hour (INCORPORATED).

Responsibilities include developing solicitation specifications, advising on procurement methods (RFP/RFQ/RFI), and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to shape strategy. Must have 5+ years in procurement or contracts management and a Bachelor’s degree; strong organization

We are hiring Procurement/Contracts Specialist $58.00 for a Contract position in Nashville, TN

JOB DETAILS:

Position: Procurement or Contracts Specialist

JOB REF#: 45037 - 66382

Duration: 12 Months (On-Going Contract)

Location: HYBRID - Nashville, TN 37243

Pay Rate: $58.00 (W2 only) or $64.00 (INCORPORATED), (Not accepting 1099 or C2C)

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM CST.

HYBRID: MUST work ONSITE 2 days per week (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)

We are not considering candidates who require relocation assistance. Candidates must currently reside within 30 miles of Nashville to be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Develops and assists divisions in solicitation specifications based on internal and external sources of information
• Possesses and demonstrates strong knowledge of policies, procedures and execution strategy for multiple solicitation methods including Request for Proposal, Request for Qualification, and Request for Information.
• Regularly represents and the division of Grants and Contracts while speaking with internal and external stakeholders
• Provides strategic advice and consultation to agency procurement and program staff to determine the proper methods of procurement as well as strategy development and execution of procurement activities

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of Procurement, and/or Contracts Management experience
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple schedules.
• Excellent project and time management capabilities.
• Education: Bachelors Degree (required)
