Qualifications

3+ years of professional services consulting experience.
Experience in transportation and logistics sourcing (FTL, LTL, intermodal) preferred.
Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Procure-to-Pay, Cost Analysis.
Ability to run client working sessions and deliver presentations.
Hybrid delivery model with travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

Support procurement transformation projects across Source-to-Pay, tech strategy, and data analytics.
Lead transportation sourcing engagements, carrier bid processes, and market analysis.
Develop data-driven business cases for transformational change programs.
Guide client freight strategy and logistics cost reduction initiatives.
Contribute to AI-enabled solutions and practice-building activities.
Stay informed about emerging AI tools and client solutions.
