Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5–8+ years in PM, transformation, consulting, PMO or strategy execution.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills turning data into insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities.
• Ability to influence without authority and build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into actionable project plans, timelines, and structured reporting.
• Lead transformation projects across Ground and Rail with milestones and deliverables.
• Build plans, track progress, manage risks, and deliver executive-ready updates.
• Conduct research, analysis, and business case development for opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations, commercial, finance, HR and others for aligned execution.
• Support change management including comms, stakeholder engagement and adoption tracking.
• Prepare polished presentations, dashboards and briefing materials for discussions.
• Identify process gaps and document improved ways of working across Ground and Rail.
• Serve as central coordination point for visibility to barriers, risks, decisions, and priorities.
