Job summary

Goldbelt Frontier, LLC is seeking a Procurement Technician who will purchase products per system recommendations, track orders, and negotiate with suppliers. The role involves developing vendor relationships, preparing procurement reports, and supporting logistics with SOP updates.

The position requires a high school diploma (or GED) with at least three years of related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; three years related experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Proficiency with agency inventory systems and procurement tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Strong customer service orientation and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Purchase products per system recommendations and track orders.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers and maintain vendor relationships.
• Prepare procurement reports and monitor purchase request status.
• Support logistics with SOPs and meeting minutes as needed.
• Cover weekend shifts during year-end close when required.
