Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Procurement Systems and Analytics in the Overland Park, KS area. The role drives vision, governance, and continuous improvement of procurement tech and data capabilities across enterprise tools.

You will lead analytics strategy, data governance, and KPI dashboards while partnering with IT, Finance, and Procurement to deliver cost savings and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Advanced degree or certification (PMP, CIPS) is a plus.
• 10+ years in procurement, project management, or related field with risk/compliance focus.
• 5+ years in people, project, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor, aligning procurement systems with enterprise priorities.
• Define and execute roadmap for procurement systems and analytics maturity.
• Drive innovation in procurement technology for efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee configuration and optimization of procurement and financial systems.
• Partner with IT to translate business requirements into solutions.
• Ensure system integrity, performance, and governance across platforms.
• Establish and govern procurement analytics strategy with KPI dashboards.
• Deliver insights to drive cost savings and risk mitigation.
• Promote data-driven decision-making across teams.
• Lead enterprise data governance for procurement and master data.
• Implement controls and processes for data integrity and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives in procurement systems and analytics.
• Drive adoption of new tools and best practices.
• Develop training and documentation for end users.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
